Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license

Additional Details:

May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Years of Experience: 2+ years level 3 or 4 NICU experience.

Float Requirements: Possibly to Mother Baby or Pediatrics, but not likely as our census is high, last set of travelers were here 6 months and never floated.

Must Have Skills/Experience: Caring for level 3 NICU infants to include: High Frequency vents, conventional vents, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC, Nitric, whole body cooling, OG/NG/PO feedings, UAC, UVC, PICC, PIV, attending high risk deliveries, attending all cesarean section deliveries
