Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute Inpatient and Acute Rehab.
What areas are they required to cover: ICU, acute tower and rehab unit- will share their time equally between acute inpatient and acute rehab. May float to Jerome Medical Center about 30 min from here.
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: 1+ years experience in acute care, VFSS (video fluoroscopic swallow study) competent. Prefer if travelers have some rehab unit experience, okay with a first time traveler.
Travelers have been working Fri-Mon but may change for vacation coverage.
Weekend Requirements: Traveler covers the weekends.
Holiday Requirements: As needed.
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Usually 2-3 days in department. Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8’s to accommodate the onboarding schedule.
