Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Education: Nursing Diploma. OR ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.

Preferred Education: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing.

This position will prepare adult patients for surgery and or recover post procedure for multiple procedural areas to include Cystoscopy, VIR, Radiation Oncology, EP, Cath lab and MRI (these patients may receive general anesthesia).

On-Call Required: Up to two on-call shifts per 6 week schedule.

Weekends Required: Yes; EOW.

Holidays Required: Must be able to work Labor Day if needed.
