Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift: Hours are somewhat flexible and can be discussed beforehand. No weekends and no on call.

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

Pelvic floor experience required and while certification is not necessarily required, it would be preferred.

Daily Patient Load: 8

Productivity Standards: 75%

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Special Requirements: Urinary urgency/incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, diastisis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, outpatient ortho, sports, pelvic floor, lymphedema and medical massage service lines, myotrac biofeedback, BLS, women's health, outpatient clinic, pain assessment, strength testing, gait belt, home exercise program.

Scrub Color: business casual

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission (ex: won't accept any Background hits, will not accept DUIs, etc)

Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months
