Travel Allied (Sonographer) - General Sonography

Additional Details:

Monday- Friday 8-4:30. Call every 7th weekend and approximately once per week.

Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Required: Graduate of an accredited sonography or radiography program.

Preferred: Ultrasound Sonographer experience.

Registry-eligible candidates must be ARDMS registered in either Vascular Technology (RVT) or RDMS (Abdominal or OB/GYN) within 6 month of employment (RVT preferred first) and both RVT and RDMS within 12 months of employment.

Third certification (Abdominal or OB/GYN) completed within 18 months of employment.

Employees that provide breast imaging are required to obtain RDMS (Breast) certification within 24 months of achieved competency.

Employees hired for a role specific to vascular sonography, who are not eligible to apply for Abdomen and OB/GYN certifications, are exempt from the requirement of obtaining these registries.

Breast experience desired, but not required.

ARDMS registered in Abdomen or OB/GYN, with vascular (RVT) experience preferred.
