Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

60 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

CNOR (Preferred)

Teaching Hospital Experience required

Unit specializes in Neuro-Crani patients, spine/ortho and GSScrub and Circulate required.

Strong general surgery skills, abdominal transplant preferred.

Travel Pairs: travel pairs are allowed but generally will not be on the same unit. Married couples may not work on the same unit

Shift: Variable but likely once per month

Orientation Hours: 40
