Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Willing to consider any candidate with 2 solid years (and at least 1 completed travel assignment) of CVOR- can be adults or pediatrics.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Procedure room adjacent to CVICU- used prn (washout, chest closure, etc)

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics

Special Requests: Block Schedules: No

Shift & Scheduling:

On call Requirement: 1 weekend per month, 2-3 days per week

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Floating Requirements: Floating is a requirement for most positions and a point of emphasis for Nationwide, travelers must be prepared to float to different units depending on the assignment.
