Required Skills/Experience: VV/VA ECMO, IABP (Intra Aortic Balloon Pumps), TTM/Arctic Sun, Impella, CRRT, PA Catheter Guided Therapy -***2+ years recent dedicated Cardiac ICU/CCU/CVICU experience is required; must have worked in a dedicated CVICU/CICU - must also have strong experience on all advanced therapy modalities. -Must be able to read and interpret EKG rhythm strips; Manage and titrate Cardiac/Vasoactive Drips; Common Types of Patients/Diagnosis: Post Op CABG, Heart and Lung Transplant, Cardiogenic Shock, Advanced HF Management, Cardiac Arrhythmia, Lysis, Post IR/PCI Procedures, & TEVAR.

Shift & Scheduling: -Every Other Weekend. -Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend ) as needed but at least 4 shifts in a 6 week period -Holidays- 1 major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s). A holiday includes the day before, day of, and day after the holidays listed.

Floating Requirements: Floating: will be primary in between CICU and CVICU but is first to float to other IFMC ICUs including Stepdown/Progressive Care/IMC/Tele Units as needed. -first to float to other ICUs or stepdown (never more than 3 patients)
