Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 18 months of Emergency Department experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read telemetry. Skills: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Care of Ventilated Patient, Psych/Behavioral Health ED.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Level I Trauma Center, Triage.

Required Credentials: RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele exam during orientation. Passing score is an 80%. Most RNs are only allowed 1 attempt. If they do not pass, they will be dismissed and canceled from their assignment. L&D RNs are allowed 3 attempts before cancelation. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift start time 7:00 PM with flexibility to start four hours prior to or four hours after posted start time based on limited critical department need. Very rarely flexed only when there is an urgent staffing need. This unit will accept either 3x12's or 4x12.
