Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

STICU

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. No Block Scheduling.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Post Surgical Management for General Surgery, Vascular Surgery (Carotid, etc.) Neuro Surgery.

Unit/Facility Details: We are a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. This department focuses on the Adult Trauma Population

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
