Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2+ years of hospital acute care experience - preferably at a level 1 or II trauma hospital.
Sched: Monday through Friday, with one full weekend a month - Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a day off the week before and a day off the week after.
