Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Nurse Educator experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Previous Employment Requirements: If you've previously worked at an NYCHH facility, please update your employment dates on your profile and contact your Advocate with your NYCHH supervisor's name to speed up your application. This information is necessary for your submission.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience is required

Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience. -Solid clinical background

Required Credentials: Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.

Unit/Facility Details: Will not extend past original 13 week engt

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

Special Requests: All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.
