Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Bone Marrow Transplant Unit experience within the past 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

ACLS (Preferred)

NIHSS (Preferred)

ONS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have been continuously working in this speciality for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: In Patient isolation unit providing Intermediate level of care. Cell therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy treatments, blood product transfusions. Transplants occurring on the unit. Low nurse-to-patient ratios.

Shift & Scheduling: Northside Holiday Expectations: Must work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day AND 1 Minor Holiday: Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year’s Eve
