Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of RN First Assist experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

RNFA - CVOR

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Shift start time is 0645 until case end time for days when on call. Must be able to take call for up to one week at a time and up to two weeks per month schedule.

MUST be a seasoned Cardiac Surgery with EndoscoRNFA pic Vein Harvesting experience.

Hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-430pm and Friday’s 8am-12pm. Must be able to take call for potential call backs.

Possibility of floating to Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV
