Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Must have previous acute care experience in level one trauma center working with Medical/surgical and orthopedic patients

Special Requests: All time off must be included on submission to be considered. Time off not included on submission will not be requested or approved.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule will be primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend coverage possible. There will be a relief day during the week if a Saturday or Sunday is scheduled.
