Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Hospice experience is required from last 3 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Primary RN - Required

Are generalists on all diseases and specialists in symptom management

Primary RN’s have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients

Required:

A minimum of one year acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER or other acute or home health setting experience

Shift Information:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

With occasional back-up for weekends and on-call.
