12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Every Other Holiday

On Call Requirements: No Call

Social worker for this need will be trained to do facility crisis evaluations in the ED/ER.

At least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to profile - profiles will not be presented without this information. "Anytime" will not be accepted.

Ability to start ASAP. This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). RTO during this block will not be approved.

Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience - Required.

Must be a licensed, independent clinical social worker (LISCW).

Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required.

Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required.
