Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Shift & Scheduling: Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Required Credentials: No background hits accepted.
CPI/Avade. CPI can be obtained on-site.
Nursys required.
Special Requests: Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details).
