Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

Experience with Health Care Systems Inc (HCS) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to do CIWA/COWS, UAs and be able to set/hold firm empathic boundaries

12 months of prior experience in an inpatient rehab setting with COWS and CIWAS

Preferred Skills/Experience: Psych experience

Unit/Facility Details: Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for 18+ ages

Voluntary patients, no restraints, Admin on call and Doctor on call at all times, no on-site security

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and holidays as assigned
