Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Certificate completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

1 year recent inpatient hospital experience.

Familiar with automated dispensing (ProHealth uses Omnicell); IV experience required

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Friday 8:30-5, 9:30-6, 10:30-7

Technicians will be assigned per week and rotate so no one is always opening or closing

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: all technicians rotate 1 out of 6 weekends every other holiday

No on call

Floating Requirements: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
