Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year adult acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience. Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ICU- acute care

Unit Details: Patient Ratios (Estimated)– 12 to 14 in acute and 4-5 in rehab

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: ADLs, therapeutic activities, functional mobility, strengthening, cognitive training

Floating Requirements: Floats between acute care adult and inpatient rehab

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends
