Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

18 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

7-8 call shifts a month

Must have IR and Critical Care experience w/ body and neuro experience.

1.5 year of prior IR RN and Critical Care experience required

Scrubs provided

Orientation Hours: 16

RTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval. During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval. All RTO is approved by management prior to clinician signing a contract. Once confirmed, will be listed in Work Order Confirmation

Certifications: Military acceptable, AHA preferred. No ARC

Copy of a valid government issued Photo ID is required by the contract. The name on the Photo ID must match all of the candidate's documentation.

Copy of passport is acceptable in lieu of DL or State ID.
