Requirements
Experience
9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
• Needs Midas/Careport, NaviHealth experience. Needs EMT or CM software experience.
• Must have 2 years experience in hospital setting.
• Experience in DC Planning, performing Interqual Reviews.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Observation Management.
• Performing LTSS screening using VA DMAS website.
Shift & Scheduling: No On call, weekend coverage optional.
Floating Requirements: ICU, PCU, Med Surg.
