Required Credentials:

Unit/Facility Details: Combination of inpatient and outpatient

Special Requests: If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Every third weekend 4 hrs every 3rd Saturday (subject to change)
