Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience within the past 2 years.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: IV therapy, tube feeds, VAC dressings, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, S/p catheters, lad draw,etc.

Unit/Facility Details: Pediatric Home Health

Special Requests: Travel Pairs are not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: -Weekend Hours: Every other weekend rotation with a day off during the week. Or a permanent schedule of Tuesday-Saturday w/ Sun, Mon off; Or a permanent schedule of Sunday-Thursday w/ Friday and Saturday off- Based on agency needs at time of Contract -Call Requirements: No overnight call. Call back required 2-4 times a month between the hours of 1700-2000. You will be told by 1700 on that day if an extra visit is needed. If by 1700 there is no visit scheduled, you do not stay on call.
