Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated
Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Any cardiac drip, insulin, sedation
Unable to guarantee block scheduling
Weekend Requirements: Every other
Holiday Requirements: Rotating based on weekend group
Floating Requirements: Typically to PCU, possibly to MedSurg
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 3 shifts
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
