Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Start Date: set every other 6/30

No Local Clinicians- 80 mile radius – can screen if 50-80 miles.

Requirements: Outpatient PT 98% of time, willing to work acute on weekends. Rural clinic that has a wide variety of diagnoses, but is heavy ortho, some neuro, all adult except for some youth ortho conditions.

Monday-Friday; with Saturday AM coverage.

On call: holiday coverage if they chose to work: on-call 8-12 for acute orthopedics and strokes only

Weekends: covers acute every 3rd Saturday 8-12

Will client consider New Grad if this candidate has a strong outpatient background and some acute experience.

Dress Code: Navy Scrubs

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
