Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have strong Cardiac Tele Skills.
Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend (weekends are considered Sat/Sun).
- Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with the perm staff.
- Could potentially be placed on call for low census but this is rare and usually on a volunteer basis.
Floating Requirements: Could float to General MedSurg, PCU, ICU or Psych
