Travel Nurse (RN) - Hospice

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of prior community hospice experience. Will need excellent typing skills as they have a narrative heavy EMR Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: 16-20 weeks and no time off in March. Will have truncated compliance with full compliance due within a week after start. Tuesday – Friday but needs to remain flexible to move to weekend days when needed. Call coverage rarely needed but could cover on call team.

Special Request Requirements: This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
