Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Credentials: Bachelors Degree from four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related field

Preferred Credentials: Member of APTA

Unit/Facility Details: Acute inpatient coverage from time to time.

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.
