Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Hospice experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Fri, Sat, Sun

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: Coverage area: Norwood Territory. Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours. No set productivity - some weekends are light and some are very heavy

Required Skills/Experience: Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
