Requirements

Experience

Acute care experience is required.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Required Skills/Experience: acute case management

Required Credentials: We will accept conditional license for this position. Applicants must have already begun the permanent licensure process. If candidate is selected, assignment will be for the duration of the conditional license and the extension would be reviewed once the permanent license has been issued.
