Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

17-20 Call shifts in an 8-week staff scheduling period. This will include 12-hour weeknight shifts and 24-hour weekend shifts.

What is call response time: 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: Preop and PACU, may be asked to task in other departments if there are no surgeries.

Suites: 2- only 1 room running at a time

Common Cases: Choles, appys, hernia repairs, abdominal hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, D&C, colonoscopies, endoscopies, C-sections- typically not dealing with baby RT in every surgery L&D RN as backup but OR RN will become backup if RT is in ER

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Preop and PACU experience preferred.

Scrubbing required - RN's: No but would be nice to have.
