Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer to have surgical experience, post op, early ambulation experience.

Types of Patients on Unit: Total joint replacement, spinal surgery, urology procedure, abdominal surgery (lap appy, bowel resection), bariatrics, medical overflow, Hemo hemovacs and Jp drains frequently, colostomies, No GYN goes to maternity and cardiac MS Tele.

Unit Details: Beds: 30

Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

Special Requests: Will consider block scheduling if unit needs are met.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend; Holiday as needed.

Floating Requirements: Float to medical and telemetry, someone to assist with strips there, taking medical patients in that area - first to float.

Additional Notes: Bedside shift report is an expectation
