Required Skills/Experience: Acute/inpatient or (state) hospital experience, Good de-escalation skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer adolescent experience.
Required Credentials: Certification: CHI Health Workplace Violence Prevention.
Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios: 3:1 Adult currently (could get up to 7 patients); 6:1 Adolescent
