Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

PT Outpatient

Shifts: M-F, weekends & holidays as needed, will travel for this position; mileage reimbursable at the current irs mileage rate; for mileage to be paid, mileage must be submitted at the same time as work hours, supporting documentation must be uploaded for both work hours and mileage, traveler must notify management in real time when traveler is going to be working overtime

RTO: if more than 5 days of RTO, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks
