Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed hours: 36

Level I Trauma experience required.

Weekend Requirement: Call - 8-12 days per month

Holidays: Work into rotation.

Call: Call - 8-12 days per month

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.

Candidate cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months/one year as a permanent staff employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff PRN).

No block scheduling.

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
