Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Infusion Center experience within the past 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Proficient in administering a number of injections and infusion, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, as well as blood transfusions.

Recent experience with administering chemotherapy.

Ability to access mediports

Central Line experience

Peripheral IV Insertion experience

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Must have chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider card

All medical/occ health compliance items must be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs must be uploaded to Trio.

Unit/Facility Details: This is an outpatient need.

Special Requests: Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this need

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Shift & Scheduling: Holiday coverage if required

Four 10 or Five 8hr shifts available

For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are required to work TWO of the following:
