Required Credentials:

• Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

• Lab appointment, Docusigns and Badge Photo must be completed within a minimum of 1 week signing the contract

Unit/Facility Details:

• Drivers License/State ID: Valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card

• Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Special Requests: Discuss block schedule requests with manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

• We are flexible about shifts, can be 8 hour shifts or 10 hour shifts.

• No weekends.

Floating Requirements: Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by
