Types of Patients on Unit: Cases Seen: stroke, spinal epidural abscess, spinal cord injuries, TBI, seizures, brain and spinal surgeries, MS, etc.

Unit/Facility Details: D5A neurosciences is a 37-bed acute neuroscience department that specializes in all things neuroscience.

Although strokes are a main focus within this department, other conditions such as spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, seizures, and spinal/brain lesions are seen here.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks
