Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Option of 36 or 48hrs Some weekends required

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: General Medical unit that cares for a variety of illnesses and conditions. Care for stable remote telemetry monitored patients who are not on cardiac drips.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submittal

Required Credentials: Proof of ID: Drivers License/State ID Cert: BLS - AHA, ARC, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute.
