Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
36 months of Long Term Care experience is required from last 6 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
IV Therapy Certification (Preferred)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Day/Evening

Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Traveler must be willing to work Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved.

3+ year current experience (within 6 mos) - non-negotiable.

Must be willing to float.

Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred.
