Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

• 1+ experience acceptable

• Patient Experience requirements: Outpatient therapy

Special Requests:

• Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

• Requested Skill Set: Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist skills

Shift & Scheduling:

• Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

• Monday-Friday; may have to do a Saturday for coverage-if so, will have a day off during week; 8 hours/day
