Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Monday - Friday may have to do a Saturday for coverage-if so, will have a day off during week; 8 hours/day

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

Patient Experience requirements Outpatient therapy and acute care experience preferred

Years of Experience Required: at least a year preferred

Requested Skill Set: Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist skills

Ratios: Outpt therapy: 1 pt per hour-8:00-5:00; closed 1 hour for lunch; Acute care: 8:00-4:30 with 30 min lunch-patient 10-14 caseload
