Required Credentials:
• Pass/Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start.
• Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Eve/Nights, 8/12-hr shifts, 1900-0730
• Every other weekend, some holidays, no call.
Floating Requirements: Depending on the current staffing needs,the traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units and/or at different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary department no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another department in order to complete the contract.
