Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Postpartum experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend rotation: Every other

On Call: No

Holiday Expectations: 50% of holidays in contract

RTO: to go through manager for approval

If available, travelers are allowed to pick up overtime

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years, postpartum or LDRP experience accepted.

RN: 1:3 couplets, 1:2 if multiple births

Fundal massage, newborn care including heel sticks, 24h testing, NAS scoring, lactation support, Pitocin drips, IV starts

Mag drips preferred.

L&D RNs will initiate the drip

Could float to L&D for LDRP patients only

Scrub Color: Any solid color
