Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, with at least 2-years’ experience with the required skills.

Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient, Adult and occasionally pediatrics (outpatients/ED)

Clinician-to-patient: 1/1 - Varies – average 4 patients/hour (40 patients per day)

Skills required: CT: Biopsy drainage, trauma, angiogram (required), stroke perfusion experience (strongly preferred)

Floating: If yes, where? Yes, throughout the hospital.

Traveler will work in the main Radiology department but in different areas of the department.

Orientation: 1 – 8-hour hospital orientation, 2-3 shifts on unit. (Dayshift w/another tech)

Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy

Holiday Expectations: This does not mean they will automatically be scheduled for those dates, but we will not contractually guarantee to being off prior to arrival.

Weekend rotation: Varies (typically once a month but subject to change based on departmental needs)

On call requirement: Voluntary

No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Halloween Weekend: 10/30 - 11/3 Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30 Christmas / New Year’s: 12/21 - 1/1
