Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
36 months of Social Work experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
No Guaranteed hours
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Weekend on call rotation, would be 1 weekend a month
MUST provide copies of current immunizations, negative Tb skin test proof of last two years, provide documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, Tdap, and Flu shot.
Education: MSW Social Worker: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only.
