Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:
RN will provide care to 5-6 Med/Surg patients or 3-4 PCU patients..
PCU patients may include post-operative vascular surgeries, thoracic surgeries, Bipap dependent patients, critical drips (amiodarone, precedex, high dose cardizem, high doese nitroglycerin), A-line management, etc.
