Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

PA roles only: Clinician may be eligible for an earlier start date if they have recent PA fingerprint results and PA Child Abuse Clearance Results (obtained within <5 years).

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 or more years of Senior Nursing Facility work experience visible in resume.

Special Requests: Non-PA residents (min. 2 years) required to complete OAPSA screening

Shift & Scheduling: Shifts to be determined during interview & confirmed at time of offer. Flexibility desired.
