Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

36 months of Nurse Management experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Canadian Candidates: Required to have a US SSN to apply.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on the license needed for the job.

Must have 3-5 years of ED/critical care experience.

Responsibility includes the Emergency Department and Observation Unit with limited oversight of Taylor Health Center.

The Supervisor candidate must have the ability to care for patients of all age ranges. This is a boots on the ground position, meaning you may need to assume a full patient care assignment in the ED or Observation Unit, when necessary, in addition to the Supervisor role.

10 Bed Observation Unit 10 Bed Emergency Department

Arnot Naloxone Train the Trainer Course required for Onboarding.

8 Hours of Stroke Training required for submission.
